Questions, problems, something to report, or a request about your data. Email us and a person will reply.

Common things

• Report a person or a rec: use Report in the "…" menu in the app. We look at every report within 24 hours. You can also email us, especially if it's urgent.
• Block someone: Block, in the same menu. Unblock people in Settings.
• Delete your account: Settings, then Delete account. It deletes everything straight away.
• A copy of your data, or a correction: email us from the address on your account.
• Joining: Reckon is invite-only for now. Ask a friend who's on it for an invite code.
• Forgotten your password: email us from the address on your account and we'll help you back in.
